Preprocessing

Pre-processing is the conversion of diverse waste materials into a homogeneous mix with defined characteristics, making them suitable for co-processing in cement kilns. This ensures safe disposal while recovering energy and reducing the use of conventional fossil fuels.

At Green Fuel Waste Management (GFWM), we specialize in the pre-processing of both hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. The process involves careful segregation based on physical form, chemical properties, reactivity and compatibility. According to these parameters, wastes are scientifically blended to produce a uniform Alternate Fuel Resource (AFR) feed, which is then supplied for co-processing in cement kilns.

These “Waste to Fuel” products are used at Cement Kilns along with their Primary Fuel in 2:1 ratio. Traditionally, Coal is used as primary fuel. Apart from that, a wide range of other fuels, including natural gas, heavy fuel oil and petroleum coke, are also used at Cement Kilns. Through this method, we help industries achieve sustainable waste management, regulatory compliance and reduced environmental impact.

We follow a transparent and systematic process to ensure that industrial waste is collected, Processd and disposed of in the most scientific and eco-friendly way. Our step-by-step method guarantees compliance with regulations while helping industries manage waste responsibly.

Step 1 – Signing a Contract (MOU)

We begin with a formal contract (Memorandum of Understanding) to clearly define responsibilities, collection schedules and waste categories. This ensures complete clarity and long-term reliability for our clients.

Step 2 – Timely Waste Collection

Our team arranges regular and timely collection of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials directly from factory sites through our own  logistics network – so you need not to worry about sending wastes outside and can focus on your core business.

Step 3 – Segregation and Processing

Collected waste shall be carefully segregated and analyzed and processed shredding or bundling for further use as AFR alternative fuel and raw material.

Step 4 – Scientific Disposal

Processed waste at facility shall be further sent to cement plant for co-processing.

Step 5 – Certification of Disposal

After each disposal cycle, GFWM Provide an official certificate as proof that your waste has been managed in a safe, scientific and compliant manner. These certificates are valuable for audits, sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.
